SeoLoupe provides informational recommendations only. SEO scores, recommendations, audits, and reports should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our recommendations, reports, or insights will improve rankings, traffic, revenue, or search engine visibility.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment.
By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, TRAFFIC INCREASES, INDEXING, REVENUE GROWTH, OR BUSINESS RESULTS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOLOUPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
